These terms govern your use of the Nilemnod website and the apps we provide. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Nilemnod website or any Nilemnod app (together, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Where an individual app has its own additional terms, those apply alongside these.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not:
- Use the Services in any way that breaks applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with their operation;
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell any part of the Services except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services to transmit harmful, abusive or infringing content.
3. Accounts
Some apps may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual property
The Services, including software, design, text and logos, are owned by Nilemnod or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. Third-party services
Our Services may link to or rely on third-party platforms, such as app stores and payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or entirely secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nilemnod will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these terms or where necessary to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nilemnod is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
