How do I report a bug in one of your apps?

Email support@nilemnod.com with the app name, your device model and OS version, and a short description or screenshot. The more detail you share, the faster we can reproduce and fix it.

How quickly will I get a response?

We aim to reply to every request within one business day. Complex issues may take longer to fully resolve, but we'll always keep you updated on progress.

How can I request deletion of my data?

Send a request to privacy@nilemnod.com from the email associated with your account. We'll verify your identity and delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Do you build custom apps for other companies?

Yes. Nilemnod designs and builds mobile apps for startups and established businesses. Use the contact form to tell us about your project and we'll follow up with next steps.

Which platforms do your apps support?

We build for both iOS and Android, and can target the most recent major OS versions as well as widely used older ones. Specific requirements are agreed at the start of each project.

I forgot my password or can't sign in — what do I do?

Use the in-app password reset if available. If you're still stuck, contact support@nilemnod.com and we'll help you regain access safely.
