Delete your account and data

You can ask us to delete your Nilemnod account and the personal data linked to it at any time. You do not need to be signed in to send this request.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, credentials, in-app content you created, support correspondence and any usage data linked to your account identifier.

What we must keep

Records we are legally required to retain, such as purchase and tax records, are kept for the period required by law (normally up to 6 years) and are not used for any other purpose. Anonymised statistics that can no longer identify you may be retained.

How long it takes

We confirm your request within one business day and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups are purged within a further 90 days.
